Introducing Our New In-House Executive Producer: Rina Rachman

Welcoming our new in-house Executive Producer, Rina Rachman to the Heather Elder Represents team. We are excited to have her on board!

Rina has been described as an “Arbiter of Good Taste”. She also happens to be a fierce, creative Producer with a philosophy that enjoying the journey is as important as producing great content.  Beginning her career in independent film, she worked freelance on features, docs, broadcast, photo production and live events, establishing herself as an inspired, detail-driven, Integrated Producer.  Before coming to Heather Elder Represents, she spent 10+ years in advertising as an Executive Producer.

It's Rina’s ethos to push further, whether it’s creative direction, delicate negotiation, conflict resolution or handling inevitable production hiccups.  Her goal is to navigate with grace, moxie and a dusting of mirth to make projects shine.

With a passion for photography, nature, travel and a curiosity to evolve, Rina is dedicated to staying inspired in life and work. She splits her time between NYC & Hermosa Beach, CA, curating a unique Nueva-York-California-fied way of life that celebrates urban grit and natural beauty.
